Staff at River
Dr. Randy and Carol Speed
God, from His goodness, has given each of us the ability to do certain things well. He hasn't given us the ability to do "everything" well, because no one person can do everything that we are called to do, that's why we need one another. Relationship is not a word at River, but a lifestyle. Belonging is a relationship of love that seeks another's good over my own. We are a house of fathers and mothers, sons and daughters. We are modeling transformed relationships that embrace honor, grace and empowerment, joy and hope, and the goodness of God. As we partner with the presence of Jesus, and The Holy Spirit we will naturally operate in the supernatural. We invite you to experience the invisible, heavenly realms and to realize the authority of The Kingdom to release the realities of Heaven here on Earth.

Jason and R'Achelle Phillips
In Ezekiel 47 a river flows from under the door of the temple out into the land where it brings life to the trees along its shore. We named our church River of Glory because God's Word, love and spirit flow from His church, bringing hope and life to our community. Ministry is people, and people make River of Glory Church unique. We focus on relationships, our relationship with Jesus, with each other, with our families and with our community. We strive to be an open, accepting, safe place for those seeking a deeper relationship with Christ.
Jeremy and Maggie Rivers
Jeremy and Maggie Rivers currently serve as the Youth Pastors for River of Glory. They were both inaugural graduates of Riverlife, fell in love, and got married about a year after they're graduation.
Jeremy has been in youth ministry as a leader since his High School years, and from a young age knew that he would be leading youth one day. They both have a passion to see the young people of Plano and the surrounding area encounter a real God, and see their community and schools succeed.
